Wild Child - Spring Fever

Sorry it has been a week or so since my last post but it has been a crazy couple of weeks. I posted a bunch of new pictures and I'm going to load a couple of videos here. I think I figured out that if you have trouble getting the whole video to play - if you force it to almost fast forward to the end and then play it - it will play all the way through. Still figuring all that fun stuff out...

Ok Emily update -

She somewhat enjoyed her first snowfall the other week - but we didn't get much at our house (just in all the surrounding area) and by the time there was enough for her to play with it was dark... and most of it was gone by the time she was up in the morning. But we did get a few pictures at least.

Other than an ear infection the other day (which she beat in about a day), she has been feeling pretty good and is LOVING the fact that the weather is nice enough to get back outside and over to the playground. They have a great playground at school and then on the days we are home we try to get over to the playground across the street for a little while. The other day she helped me wash Amber outside too - Emily wasn't too sure about that - but Amber said if the little person was going to feed her cookies then maybe a bath wasn't too horrible.

Em has added new words to her vocabulary - she now says uh oh and bye bye and more... she still prefers to sign but she really likes saying uh oh. She also tends to stay awake on the way to and from school now which makes for interesting rides :) she enjoys the car and will usually chatter away or sing with the radio. She is a huge snack fan when riding in the car - and will whine until me or her aunt Jenn if we are carpooling gives in and gives her an animal cracker - then she giggles her wicked giggle (which is noticeably different than her regular giggle).

She walks herself in from the car most of the time these days...And loves to get into anything she possibly can. She also has figured out kisses and hugs... although you get more kisses than hugs usually.

We are starting to stockpile new little toys to use for the trip to Italy. We have her passport and our trip all booked - so we are ready to head out in April! I think it will be really amazing to be able to spend 10 days over there with her....

Ok off to do a little work today -
Love you all!
